If you've received your Kewpie in a mailing tube - After unwrapping your order, pull the layers of tulle netting apart to fluff out Kewpies tutu. Put Kewpie in her tutu and push up to her waistline. Pull the tutus elastic out to expand over the glittered bodice - without dragging and damaging the glitter.
Kewpie attaches to the stick with an elastic around her feet and optional elastic around her neck with the stick running up her back.
